Corporate Governance
A core element of behaving with honesty is ensuring that
everyone in the organisation is clear around the "rules
of our game" in order to achieve our targets. Ensuring
that there is an open and transparent "rule book" for the
organisation, and clear definitions of our roles and the
positions we play is vital to ensure we work together as a
great team and achieve our goals.
The Group has worked hard to
ensure that the right governance framework is in place
across the business from the members of staff in clubs
all the way to the decisions made by the board. The
governance framework covers all aspects of our business,
