Social Responsibility

An important part of our social responsibility is our commitment to being environmentally friendly within our business practices. Fitness First UK was officially awarded the Carbon Trust Standard in recognition of the actions they’ve taken on climate change and reducing the carbon footprint by 7.5%. The Carbon Trust Standard shows consumers and other businesses which organisations you can trust to have genuinely acted on climate change and proves that Fitness First are committed to energy management and the impact it has on our planet.

It is great recognition for the work that has been done by the teams in every UK club including the Support Centre and something that we can be proud to tell our members.

It shows that Fitness First are at the forefront when it comes to tackling climate change and have proactively taken action by reducing the carbon emissions that they are directly responsible for rather than just paying others to off-set our emissions.
