which are generally non member facing. Our support office staff are the
principle stake holders in the commercial management pillar though our
club staff have their role to play too.
This pillar also houses activities which are critical to achieving our
business objectives, such as the analysis of our revenue streams and the
monitoring of contribution to profits.

Whilst we constantly strive to grow our membership base, we analyze the contribution per member (Yield) during a member’s
time with us. Yield is influenced by many factors, ranging from category of membership, method of payment, choice of induction -
meaning we must measure and manage the optimum balance in each prevailing market.
Our bespoke operating systems are best in class. Our sales prospecting system ‘Sales First’ and our membership operating
system ‘Members First’ provide us with fast and effective tools to facilitate the efficient flow and management of information
relating to our prospects and loyal members alike. On the spot membership account information means prompt and efficient
member service.

environment which again results in the benefit being passed on to our
