Role Overview

Assist the Club Manager in driving the club continuous expansion in terms of number of members and revenue per member, also in enhancing our brand and its level of excellence within the local and national fitness market. Leads to the strengthening of the brand and contributes to the growth of the club total revenues: New membership contracts from marketing leads (external revenue), more membership referrals, increased penetration of personal training longer members retention, retail revenues (internal revenues).

  • Help grow club revenue and improve financial performance (including EBITDA).
  • Achieve Net Join Member (NJM) targets and ensure a great member experience in line with club goals.
  • Ensure sales targets are met through professional and consultative selling.
  • Work with the HR team to recruit and retain a high-quality sales team.
  • Support and develop Sales Team Leaders through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Monitor and improve sales team performance by:
    • Making sure each team member meets role expectations.
    • Holding regular check-ins and performance reviews.
    • Using coaching to help improve results.
  • Act as a communication link between company leadership, General Managers, and department heads.
  • Build team motivation by:
    • Developing good relationships with staff.
    • Recognizing strong performance and addressing underperformance.
    • Helping team members grow their interpersonal skills.
  • Lead by example and follow the company’s dress code.
  • Inspire and train the team to help members reach their fitness goals.
  • Drive all club revenue streams, including:
    • External revenue: new memberships through leads and marketing.
    • Internal revenue: better retention, more personal training, renewals, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with other departments and the national marketing team to run programs like club activation, member communication, and local promotions.

    the ideal candidate must have the following essential qualities:

    • minimum 1 year experience as sales manager
    • a Strong background in sales and in managing customer satisfaction and retention
    • Good leadership & communication skills
    • Have the ability and skills to train and motivate
