The Fitness First Running Community is a weekly running program held every Sunday morning at Car Free Day along Sudirman Road, Jakarta. It is designed for both members and non members who want to run better, stronger, and smarter.

Everyone is welcome. Fitness First members and non members can join, whether they are beginner runners or preparing for major marathon events.

The run takes place every Sunday morning during Car Free Day on Sudirman Road, Jakarta, with specially curated running routes for each session.

Each session is structured with a specific focus such as endurance, pace control, speed, or race preparation. The program is guided by professional running buddies, not just casual runners.

Running buddies are Fitness First Personal Trainers who specialize in running and have experience competing in national and international marathon events.

They provide real time guidance on running form, pacing, breathing, and recovery, while also helping runners stay motivated and consistent throughout the session.
