FITNESS FIRST X HYROX TRAINING CLUB
• For Members: Simply check your club’s class schedule or ask the reception for HYROX classes and sign up. You can also join the HYROX challenge for FREE in Fitness First.
• For Non-Members: You can join by becoming a Fitness First member or purchase FITPASS credits to experience HYROX classes and our HYROX Challeng. Membership plans are available at your preferred club, and HYROX classes are included.
HYROX classes are structured to simulate the HYROX race format: a mix of running and functional exercises such as rowing, sled pushing/pulling, wall balls, burpees, and more. Classes focus on technique, endurance, and race strategy.
HYROX training helps improve:
• Cardiovascular endurance
• Strength and functional fitness
• Mental toughness and focus
• Overall athletic performance
