A Regional Fitness Phenomenon!
Fitness First X HYROX365 Challenge united the fitness community and turned the arena into one of the most powerful challenge events of the year.

On Saturday, 8 November, over 1,100 participants took on the global fitness test “Fitness First X HYROX365 Challenge,” igniting the arena at centralwOrld Live, 8th floor. The atmosphere was electric with cheering from more than 2,000 spectators, along with the support of 17 leading partner brands, creating a vibrant and energetic environment for fitness enthusiasts from all over the country.

HYROX has seen a massive surge in popularity worldwide over the past year thanks to its intense, inclusive, and performance-driven format—open to anyone at any fitness level. As a leader in the regional fitness industry, Fitness First Thailand aims to turn fitness spaces into more than just “clubs” but into arenas where everyone can push their limits through a truly international-standard competition.

This year’s event featured 10 challenging stations: Running, Farmer’s Carry, Ski Erg, Barbell Bench Press, Rowing Erg, Barbell Bent-Over Row, Tire Flip, Core Bag Walking Lunges, Burpee Broad Jump, and Wall Ball Squat—all supervised by Certified HYROX Coaches to ensure safety and proper standards.

The event also drew well-known lifestyle and fitness influencers such as Tap Rawit (Mission to the Moon), Singh Wannasingh, Chan (Kon Plaeng Rang), Paohappydiet, and Dr. May Smitada, who unanimously shared that the challenge was “tough, but incredibly fun and exciting.” Their feedback highlights how this arena inspires people to push past their limits, celebrate personal achievements, and discover new physical and mental strengths.
