The right to receive the GREAT START REWARD will be voided if:

1. The privilege of GREAT START REWARD will be deemed void when

  1. Member fails to visit less than 8 times in every 4 weeks
  2. Member fails to have 3 PT sessions within the first 30 days
  3. Do not claim the GREAT START REWARD privilege within 30 days after all conditions are achieved.
  4. Did not complete PT Membership Agreement on the BodyFirst purchase date.

2. The GREAT START REWARD period is dated from BODYFIRST purchase date.

3. Visits in one day are considered as 1 visit at any clubs.

4. Member has to use the member card to check in.

5. GREAT START REWARD is applicable for the money spent on BODYFIRST only.

6. Cash vouchers cannot be used to offset outstanding balances and VAT is not refundable.

7. Voucher is for one time use and not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred.

Discount on monthly fee is excluded from the contract.

Remark: Visits over 8 in every 4 weeks will be counted as 8 visits.
