                                                            I rebuilt myself.
I've been a runner all my life but turning 40 made me realise strength isn't just about endurance. For years, I couldn't do a single push-up or pull-up until I met CJ. With his guidance, I rebuilt myself. It was humbling, frustrating, and slow. But I kept showing up. At 36, I did my first pull-up. At 40, I hit a 52.5kg snatch. Now, I'm not just a runner - I'm a lifter, an athlete, and a woman who found her strength rep by rep.

                                                            My mindset has shifted. I no longer see training as just "working out" Training is now my source of strength and confidence.
After an Achilles tendon tear, I joined the 90-day challenge to rebuild strength and test my limits. With consistent training and support, I regained mobility, hit a personal best of 140kg for squats and 100kg for bench press, and discovered training as a true source of strength and confidence.                                                             Now, I'm focused on becoming even fitter than I was before.
I injured my knee last June, which sidelined me from physical activities for two months. Since then, I've made a strong recovery and significant progress in my rehabilitation with Shawn's help. A few years ago, my father was diagnosed with a health condition, and a doctor later told me I wasn’t healthy enough to try for a baby. That was my turning point.
