Yes, personal training accelerates your fitness results significantly. You get personalized programs tailored to your goals, expert guidance on proper form and technique, accountability to stay consistent, nutrition coaching, and ongoing support. Our members typically see measurable results within 10 days and transformative changes within 12 weeks - much faster than training alone.

Our certified personal trainers undergo induction and training through in-house programs that are globally recognised by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), and Fitness Edutraining Asia (FEA). They are also required to complete a rigorous foundational training program lasting 3 to 12 months and must pass all exams before being allowed to train clients.

We recommend starting with 30 sessions (our most popular package) to see significant, lasting results. This allows time for your coach to develop a comprehensive program, teach proper techniques, adjust based on progress, and build sustainable habits. However, we offer flexible packages of 10, 20, 30, 50, and 75 sessions to suit different goals and budgets.

Yes, we want you to have the best possible experience. If you feel your coach isn't the right fit, simply speak with our fitness team and we'll match you with a different certified coach at the same level. Your success and comfort are our priorities.

Absolutely! Our Personal Coaches specialise in working with beginners. They'll start with a comprehensive fitness assessment, create a customised beginner-friendly program, teach proper form and technique, and gradually progress at your pace. Many of our most successful transformation stories started with complete beginners.

Just bring your sports shoes, a water bottle, and yourself! Workout attire and towels are provided. Come with an open mind and be ready to discuss your fitness goals, health history, and any injuries or limitations. Your coach will conduct a fitness assessment and create your personalized training program.

Your coach will create a customized program combining strength training to build metabolism-boosting muscle, cardiovascular exercise to burn calories, and nutrition guidance to support your goals. Our structured approach and accountability typically deliver faster, more sustainable weight loss than working out alone.

A Certified Fitness Coach offers a level of expertise that goes beyond what mirrors or gym buddies can provide. They have a keen eye for technique, ensuring you avoid injuries, especially if you're new to the gym. By understanding your body type, strengths, and weaknesses, they can optimize your workout, even on days when you might not feel at your best.

If your fitness goal is to "be fit," your Certified Fitness Coach will help you pinpoint exactly what that means in the context of your life. This could include having the energy and time to be actively involved in the lives of your children, family, and friends.

Your Certified Fitness Coach will assess various fitness markers, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, coordination, and stamina. You'll also receive insights into your BMI (body mass index) and body fat distribution. 

Very flexible! You can schedule sessions at times that work for your lifestyle. Simply coordinate with your coach to book sessions. We recommend consistency (2-3 times per week) for best results, but we understand life happens and can accommodate schedule changes with advance notice.

Each standard personal training session is 60 minutes. This includes a proper warm-up, the main workout tailored to your goals, cool-down and stretching, and time to discuss progress and answer questions. However, if you purchase a Freedom or Freedom+ package, you have the flexibility to customise your personal training sessions to 30/60/90/120 minutes per session depending on your needs and progress. 

Yes, our Freedom and Freedom+ package offers you the flexibility to train with a friend or partner. This option provides professional coaching at a more affordable rate per person while maintaining the personalised attention you need.

Our certified coaches are trained to work with various health conditions and injuries. They'll modify exercises as needed and work safely within your limitations. However, we recommend getting clearance from your doctor before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

We employ cutting-edge technology through MyCoach, available on the Fitness First app. This innovative tool allows you to systematically track your progress across 11 different components of fitness, enabling us to target specific goals with precision. This data-driven approach ensures that your training regimen remains dynamic and effective, continuously adapting to your evolving fitness needs.
