There's no single "best" class for weight loss - it depends on what you enjoy and can stick to consistently. High-energy classes such as BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, RPM, ZUMBA, Les Mills Dance are great options because they burn a high amount of calories while boosting your metabolism. Pairing these workouts with a balanced diet and strength training will help you see results faster.

Strength-focused classes like BODYPUMP, BOOM, HIITX Strength are designed to help you build lean muscles and increase overall strength. These classes use weights, resistance, and functional training techniques that challenge your muscles ad support long-term strength development.

Yoga can support weight loss, but the benefits go beyond just burning calories. More dynamic styles such as Fitness First Signature Core Flow Yoga or Hot Flow Yoga can raise your heart rate and improve fitness, while gentler practices such as Fitness First Signature Sound Flow help reduce stress, improve sleep, and build mindfulness - all of which play a role in managing weight. On its own, yoga may not burn as many calories as high-intensity workouts, but when combined with a balanced diet and other forms of exercise, it can be an effective and sustainable part of a weight-loss journey.

Yes - Pilates can help you build muscle, but in a different way compared to heavy weightlifting. Pilates uses controlled movements, bodyweight resistance, and sometimes small equipment to target deep stabilizing muscles. Over time, this improves core strength, muscular endurance, posture, and overall muscle tone. While it may not create large muscle mass like traditional strength training, Pilates is highly effective for building lean, functional strength and enhancing flexibility and balance.
