Bungy Bounce HIIT is a High Intensity Interval training, full-body workout that combines cardio and strength. This workout lets you jump, fly, and bounce, letting you feel weightless while building your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Each participant wears a harness connected to a bungy that is height and resistance-adjustable.
