As a Club General Manager you will embody our Leadership Philosophy, leading from the front and promoting continuous improvement. You will praise people for doing things right every day, and nurture and empower our teams.
As a Club General Manager, you will be responsible for growing the club’s membership, revenue and profits through exceptional service. You will manage and motivate the Sales, Fitness and Front of House teams to deliver the best member experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attract and Retain Talent: Proactively attract, recruit, and retain talent in your club using proven people management experience.
- Coach and Mentor: Enable employees to reach their potential and deliver results through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Drive Member Experience: Ensure an outstanding member and guest experience in the club by focusing on member interactions.
- Implement Business Plans: Achieve total revenue targets and maximize profits in the club through smart business planning.
- Hit Budget Goals: Meet the budgeted Net Member Movement monthly and yearly in line with targets.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure brand standards are met and club maintenance is managed effectively.
- Engage with the Community: Get local communities and organizations involved in fitness, health, and wellbeing events.
If you are passionate about health and fitness, enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have at least 3 years’ experience managing a team with a proven record of achieving revenue based KPIs, then we’d love to talk to you. Ideal candidates will have:
