As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the friendly face of our brand, showing our members “we care” – one of our core values. You'll spread positivity and support our members on their fitness journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Membership Support: Assist members with their needs, from membership sign-ups to managing their accounts.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and report member feedback to help improve our services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage customer data and documentation with accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and stay up-to-date on best practices.
