As a Fitness Manager, you will manage and develop a team of Personal Trainers to provide the best fitness experiences for our members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Fitness Department.
  • Ensure Excellent Fitness Experiences: Ensure delivery of top-notch fitness experiences.
  • Develop the Business: Build strong relationships with members, create new lead generation plans, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Grow and Mentor Team Leaders: Develop and support Fitness Team Leaders.
  • Train and Develop Personal Trainers: Support, train, and develop a team of Personal Trainers.
  • Conduct Fitness Audits: Perform fitness checks to optimize the fitness experience in the club.
