As a Membership Consultant, you'll help people start their fitness journey by guiding them on membership options and recommending products and services to support their health and fitness goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Connect with potential members, understanding their fitness needs and goals.
- Sales Excellence: Recommend membership options and additional products/services to support members’ health and fitness goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all members, ensuring a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and celebrate successes together.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and membership options.
