If you’ve ever felt unsure where to start, which machines to use, or whether you’re doing things “right”, this is for you.
Our Zero Judgement Tour is a 30 minute session running now in clubs, designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in the gym.
In this session, we’ll:
- Give you a quick understanding of how your body moves, including a simple posture check.
- Walk you through the equipment that fits your goals.
- Share training options that could help you progress, including personal training if it’s right for you.
You’ll leave with clarity on your next steps. Whether you choose to train on your own or explore coaching support is completely up to you.
