As a Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Membership Consultants to achieve membership sales, revenue targets and get more people started on their fitness journey by guiding them on membership options and recommending products and services to support their health and fitness goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Hit personal monthly sales targets and ensure the team meets agreed sales targets.
- Drive Club Expansion: Assist the Club General Manager in driving the club's continuous growth in terms of the number of members and revenue per member.
- Strengthen the Brand: Contribute to the growth of the club's total revenue through new membership contracts, member referrals, increased personal training penetration, longer member retention, and retail revenue.
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain effective working relationships within the sales department and with other departments in the club.
- Staffing Management: Work closely with the Club General Manager to ensure the sales team is fully staffed.
- Promote a Healthy Lifestyle: Advocate for a healthy way of life and a positive image of the club to all.
- Establish positive long-term relationships to ensure retention and happy members.
