Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. With locations across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and the wider Klang Valley, our studios make it easy to find a class near you, whether you’re flowing before work in KLCC, unwinding in Bangsar, or squeezing in a session after hours in Mid Valley or The Curve. Explore every class below and pick the practice that matches your goals and mood.

Aqua Yoga

Step out of the studio and into the pool. Aqua Yoga blends classic yoga movements with the buoyancy and resistance of water, creating a gentle yet effective practice. The water supports your joints, helps you stabilise in balance poses, and adds smooth resistance to build strength without strain.

Easing back into movement? Managing joint sensitivity? Or simply craving a cool, low-impact workout in Malaysia's heat? This class offers a refreshing shift from land-based training. Poses that feel intimidating on the mat become more accessible and confidence-building in water.

  • Who it’s for: Beginners, active agers, anyone recovering from intensity.
  • Benefits: Mobility, balance, gentle strength, stress relief.
  • Where to try: Selected clubs with pools - Mid Valley and The Curve (utilising pool at Royal Chulan Hotel)

Yoga (General Practice)

For those new to yoga, this is your friendly starting point. This foundational class introduces key postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and safe alignment. You’ll move at an accessible pace, learning how to link breath with movement while building a solid base for any other style.

Regular practitioners will also reap the benefits. Revisiting fundamentals can sharpen technique and help prevent compensations that creep in over time. Each session balances stretches, light strength work, and leaves you with calmer, clearer headspace.

  • Who it’s for: Newcomers and regulars who want structured, well-paced practice.
  • Benefits: Flexibility, posture, body awareness, breath control.
  • Where to try: Widely scheduled across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya & Klang Valley.

Hot Flow Yoga

Unlike your regular yoga class, Hot Flow Yoga turn up the heat and the sweat, pushing you towards deeper focus. Practiced in a heated room (about 35–40°C), a Hot Flow Yoga class warms muscles quickly so you can safely deepen stretches and flow with intensity.Expect dynamic Vinyasa sequences that will definitely challenge both stamina and concentration.

Many yogis find that the heat helps them drop deeper into focus - breath by breath, posture by posture. The result? Feeling powerful, flushed, and mentally steady during the final pose, savasana. Remember to hydrate before and after for your best experience and to avoid dehydration.

  • Who it’s for: Heat lovers, strength seekers, endurance builders.
  • Benefits: Flexibility, cardiovascular challenge, mental grit, sweat-assisted “detox”.
  • Where to try: Popular at Avenue K & Mid Valley clubs.

Tip: While yoga mats and bath towels are provided at Fitness First, we recommend bringing an extra towel to lay over your yoga mat for this practice!

  • Benefits: Stress relief, mental clarity, emotional balance, gentle mobility.

Core Flow Yoga

Build from the centre out. Core Flow targets deep stabilisers (transverse abdominis, obliques, pelvic floor) within a flowing sequence. Expect controlled holds, precise transitions, and cues that teach you to engage without gripping.

  • Who it’s for: Desk workers, athletes, anyone wanting posture and back support.
  • Benefits: Core strength, spinal stability, balance, movement efficiency.
  • Where to try: Common in Bangsar, Mid Valley & PJ schedules.

  • Who it’s for: Curious first-timers, inversion-shy yogis, variety seekers.
  • Benefits: Spinal decompression, upper-body & core strength, flexibility, fun.
